Serum allergen-specific IGE to common aeroallergens among allergic rhinitis patients in Egypt

Abstract Background Allergic rhinitis is the most prevalent allergic disease, and prevalence sensitization patterns differ among countries. Identifying common inhalant allergen in each region plays a key role diagnosis management of rhinitis. There are no data available about aeroallergen patients Egypt. The aim this study to evaluate positive serum allergen-specific IGE allergens A cross-sectional was conducted on 354 patients, measured by using Immuno CAP system 16 regional aeroallergens including (pollens, mite, molds, animal dander, cockroach).
